GWC Property Services started life as Gladstone Window Cleaning — one operator, a pole-fed water system, and a phone. Ten years of industrial dust, salt air, and wet seasons later, the same standard applies to a much bigger promise: one partner for everything your property needs.

Today we coordinate, not just clean. High-reach windows and building washdowns, grounds and gardens, fire equipment and test & tag, licensed trades, and the odd jobs that don't fit anyone's category. The work is delivered by GWC and by a network of verified local contractors — every one of them insured, licensed, and inducted before they touch your site.
